Shipping Information:

We ship most orders same day. We will notify you if we we will be delayed shipping. Orders are shipped by UPS ground unless other means are specified.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Items for sale at Kalmed are guaranteed. We will accept returns up to 30 days of invoice. We cannot accept returns of handpieces used in practice however we do guarantee proper function of all instruments and we will make whatever repairs are necessary at our expense. At Kalmed we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please call if there is any question about an item you have purchased. Items that are subject to return must have all parts and packaging and be in original condition. We will refund your purchase price or you may choose to swap the item for another item.

Frequently Asked Questions: Do you ship OUTSIDE THE US? Kalmed will ship to countries other than US but we will have to first discuss shipping fees and customs releases. Call us at 770-971-8815, FAX to 770-509-8823 EMAIL Sales@Kalmed.com. If you have a Fedex or UPS account we can ship on your account and those shippers can act as brokers for entry into your country. Most export orders we try to ship by Post Office due to cost savings. Items shipped outside the US can be paid by VISA or Mastercard through Paypal or we are required to verify the card with VISA/MC prior to accepting the order.
